Résumé

Les violences conjugales sont identifiées aujourd’hui comme un problème de société
majeur avec des conséquences graves en termes de santé publique. La fécondité du modèle de la théorie de la médiation permet :
– d’une part de déconstruire ces faits de société en produisant une analyse clinique dans les champs thérapeutique, judiciaire et du travail social, afin d’éviter de céder aux facilités réductrices.
– d’autre part de construire des modes d’intervention pertinents et efficients qui s’approprieraient le modèle de l’anthropologie clinique médiationniste.
Domestic violence is clearly identified today, domestic violence is clearly identified as a major societal problem, with serious consequences in terms of public health. The fruitfulness of the Mediation theory model makes it possible:
– On the one hand to deconstruct these social facts by producing a clinical analysis in the therapeutic, judicial and social work fields, in order to avoid giving in to reductive facilities;
– On the other hand, to build relevant and efficient intervention methods that would appropriate a clinical anthropology that is always in motion.
